I am Trond Bugge, co-founder of The Late Company. I have worked with innovation and co-creation at organisations including IKEA and Ericsson.
At Late School, I want to help more people discover what they can create with new technology - starting with their own experiences, curiosity and love of storytelling.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. We start from the beginning, show one step at a time and help you try things out. With no more than six participants, there is time for questions and personal help.
What should I bring or prepare?
Choose a few personal photos, a recipient and, if you like, a short story. Instructions arrive before the course. In-person entrance details and equipment requirements await verification; requests open only afterwards.
Can I join on a phone, or do I need a computer?
Online you need a computer with internet, microphone and speakers. The course is not designed for participation by phone. In-person equipment and any loan equipment must be verified before booking opens.
Which AI tools will we use?
We use AI to help with text and images and put together the greeting with your photos and recorded voice. The exact tools and any logins still need to be confirmed; instructions arrive before the course. Ask us at hello@thelate.co.
Are tools included, or do I need a paid subscription?
The tools needed during the course are included. No paid subscription is required to participate. Continued services after the course are optional.
What is included in the course price?
Four hours including breaks, personal guidance in a group of no more than six, course tools, a video file to save and share, and a step-by-step guide. In Stockholm the price is SEK 890 including fika. Live online is SEK 590.
How does the online course work?
It is a teacher-led live course, not a recording. Choose a teaching language and date and send a request. After approval you receive a payment link; your place is confirmed after verified payment. Preparation instructions arrive before the course and the meeting opens 15 minutes early. The meeting platform and delivery of the joining link must be confirmed before the course. Each session shows its time and time zone.
How are my photos and voice handled?
The basic course uses your own photos and recorded voice; face and voice cloning are not included. You decide whether and with whom to share your greeting. Read our privacy policy and ask us before the course about handling in the selected tools; the tool list still needs to be confirmed.
Can I book for a family member or a group?
Contact hello@thelate.co before booking and we will help find an arrangement for your family member. Associations and organisations can send a group enquiry on this page; format and price are confirmed before you decide.
Booking terms
Requests are free and do not reserve a place. Before you decide or pay, we confirm your place, date, time, teaching language, address or how the meeting link is delivered, preparation, total price and cancellation terms in writing.
